9:15 Kids Team Leader

This person will be in charge of directing the 9:15 Worship Service in kids church (ages K-5th).  This person must be organized, punctual, comfortable talking in front of 30-40 kids, able to lead other volunteers, and committed.  This leader will work in conjunction with Ben Adkison (Discipleship Pastor) and Lauri Chaudoin (10:45 Kids Team Leader).  This leader must also meet all the requirements of a normal kids volunteer

Martha Team  - Team Leader

Currently our Martha Team is not led by anyone, it's just composed of a group of ladies who are committed to cleaning the church whenever they get a chance.  We need a person to oversee the ministry.  This person would oversee the weekly cleanup of the church to ensure nothing is overlooked and would work in conjunction with the other ladies on the Martha Team.

Hospitality Team - Team Leader

Our Hospitality Team is in charge of providing light snacks (munchies) for volunteers on Sunday morning, helping maintain the overall appearance of the lobby at 24church, and occassionally using their gifts of hospitality to minister to others as the needs arise.  The Team Leader for the Hospitality Team oversees this ministry.  Organization skills and people skills are a must as well as a spiritual gift of Hospitality.  If you are interested in this position, please contact Carissa McMaster at carissa.mcmaster@24church.com.

Fellowship Team - Team Leader

The Fellowship Team helps organize and plan various fellowship events throughout the year.  We're striving as a church to provide more opportunities for our people to hang out and fellowship with one another, this person would directly help make that happen.  We need someone with coordination skills who is organized and motivated.  This person will work in conjunction with the staff to creatively plan these events (about 6 a year).

HomeTeam Coach(es)

HomeTeam Coaches are individuals who meet with or call 4 different HomeTeam leaders once a month to discuss how their HomeTeams are going and pray for them.  Coaches work closely with Ben Adkison (discipleship pastor) to help keep him informed about the health of HomeTeams.  Coaches must be approved by Ben Adkison, understand the nature of HomeTeams, and be relatively mature in their faith.

Ministry Assistant to the Discipleship Ministry

This person will assist Ben Adkison (discipleship pastor) in organizing HomeTeams, planning discipleship events and meetings, and implementing new strategies for discipleship ministry at 24church.  This position will require about 10 hours of time a week and needs a very organized person who doesn't mind sending out emails and making phone calls.  Additional information about this position is available by contacting Deb.Haines@24church.com.

Ministry Assistant to the 24Kids Ministry

This person will assist Ben Adkison (discipleship pastor) and other Kids Leaders.  This person will be in charge of preparing basic materials (worksheets / crafts) for kids church each Sunday, contacing volunteers each week to remind them they are scheduled to serve, help publish a newsletter once a quarter, and keep the 24kids website (doesn't currently exist) up to date.  This position will require 10 hours of time a week and needs a very organized person who doesn't mind sending out emails and making phone calls.  Additional information about this position is available by contacting Deb.Haines@24church.com.

Ministry Assistant to the Volunteer Ministry

This person will assist Carissa McMaster in organizing and maintaining the volunteer ministry.   Specifically this will involve helping maintain our church database (we provide the training), help check in volunteers on Sunday morning, help stratgize better volunteer policies, and help organize quarterly volunteer meetings. This person needs to be someone of trustworthy character and
someone that understands what volunteering and serving are truely about.
